The JMU Bluestone Hackathon is an annual 24-hour design competition hosted at the JMU X-Labs. This year's prompt was simply left at Entertainent & Utility. In the course of 24 hours, we conducted local research, found widespread plastic waste from disposable Jell-o shot cups at local bars, brainstormed a solution, modeled and printed a 3D printed injection mold, casted a functional prototype, and branded our product. After pitching to jugdes, we walked away with $300 for a hard day's work.
